APPLY TO METP

Once you have completed the undergraduate application, you can complete the METP application by going to the Special Programs and Scholarship Application and logging in with your temporary admissions account or application number and date of birth. Those who wish to be considered for admission into the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College or other Special Programs must apply separately by January 5, 2022, also using the same application system.

TRANSFER AND OFF-CYCLE ADMISSIONS

The Mississippi Excellence in Teaching Program at the University of Mississippi invites students who are not applying to the program as entering college freshmen to apply using the Transfer and Off-Cycle Admissions application before the beginning of their junior year. This process welcomes both transfer and current UM students. Applications will be considered as scholarship availability and other circumstances allow. Please use the METP Transfer and Off-Cycle Admissions application if you are not applying as an entering freshman.

Contact Blake Adams for more information on transfer or off-cycle admissions to METP.
